Really ikea!! A 40 minute wait time to return something!!! You have 85 checkout lanes all open...but you only have 3 people taking returns!! 45 people ahead of me!!! I will never ever be back!!
I love this place for all the wonderful cheap furniture that you can assemble yourself and also they have affordable food at the cafeteria. Nice well kept store. There are a lot of help on the weekends and that's the best time to buy things. Otherwise during the weekdays it's hard to find help. When buying furniture here you must realize you have to read the manual otherwise you end up with extra pieces or you might have to take things apart and start over again. Joesph in closet was amazing and so helpful!!! He answered all my questions and was so knowledgable!! Spent three hours last night and left confused but came back today and he had me all set to go I half an hour!!
Huge shout out to the people working returns/exchanges today. I had a weird problem with a desk I purchased - I basically had a bunch of mismatched pieces. They got to the bottom of it quickly and now the new desk is perfect! Thanks!
