Usually would give them a 5 stars, but Tuesday when I got there @ 5:45 pm I was told they were closed for a store event. Big sign on the door saying open till 9 pm. A long drive after work for nothing
Great place to go for a walk after a big breakfast! Got some fun stuff and walked out happy.
What can say, I love this location everyone is so friendly and helpful. Yescia H in the mattress department was extremely knowledgable about all the products and make our decide much easier. My mother is disabled and they have wheelchairs ready if you need them. It was my mom's first time there and she had so much fun shopping and looking at all the different products they have to offer. Thank you Ikea for your amazing customer service and beautiful designs.
The worst customer service and delivery service ever# IKEA#customer service
I waited 45 minutes to return something. Only 2 people doing returns. And between each coustomer the cashier was texting in her cell phone.

I have a love/hate relationship with Ikea. I love their furniture. Quality stuff and fairly easy to assemble once you figure out their visual instructions. Their customer service is iffy. They ate nice but, when we recently bought cabinets for an apartment, the customer service rep completely botched the order and we wound up bringing half of it back. Then, due to a miscommunication, we spent an extra two hours trying to get it reordered. Bottom line is, if you do out yourself, you'll be fine. Don't depend on them for good s... read more
