RecommendedLoved the grand opening experience. My daughter got a free heart pillow and hasn't put it down since. Couldn't be happier having IKEA this close to my home. We went to the restaurant area and I requested a wrap they happened to be out of. The chef went out of his way to make one just for me. He said he hated how disappointed I was they were out and wanted to make it right. Best IKEA experience by far.
Had a WONDERFUL TIME with my family at IKEA! The store is very nice.
Grand opening was waaaaaay overhyped. I got in and out. The store is set up just like the others, so it's easy to navigate.

I don't get it. Another home furnishing store in Columbus? Someone please tell me what's the big deal of the concept of IKEA. I furnish my place exclusively with items from Crate and Barrel. Good quality. Great service. Prices? Could be better, but the quality can't be beat. People go " ga ga goo goo" over IKEA. Why?
