When my water heater exploded with water during the last snow storm I had as much water as snow in my house. Jody arrived within 10 minutes with a smile and a solution. He had the sump pump fixed up correctly and came back 1st thing to fix the water heater by 8am he fixed it in the blink of an eye and made sure me and my 3 year old little girl were safe and warm. These guys are amazing! They not only fixed my frozen pipes within an hour of bursting but stuck with us to make sure the heating system worked and stayed working- for days! Jody kept in contact with us and had backup ready to go if something went wrong during the sub-zero wind chill days. He told us what he thought would help us in the future to stabilize our system, gave us a quote and said no pressure, I've got you covered either way. Jody and his crew are far above the norm. I had the boiler that tapped out and no heat during these cold days equals bad news. Thankfully IJTech was available. Jody was fast, knowledgeable and easy to relate to. He will definitely be the help I call on from now on.
