Observing the maniac aggressive employee driving their company truck with an open trailer, on Route 81 North the other day, before the 581 exit, tailgating people in heavy, slow moving traffic who had no way to move to another lane or go over 80 mph as he was going before we got to the heavy traffic / 55 mph speed zone area left me with a bad first impression of this company.

What an absolutely fantastic experience we had with this company. Had an A/C accident where we nicked the coolant line and wound up blowing all the coolant for our A/C. Jody, the owner, called at 7:30am, had a tech (Max) here at 8:10am, and the job was DONE by 10:30am. GREAT customer service, professional, timely, absolutely affordable!! Don't look anywhere else because this is the company you want!!

Jody and his crew are top notch - service, knowledge, and integrity. It's really nice to deal with someone who you can trust and that treats you like family. Jody takes the time to understand your need and suggest the best solution, not just fix a problem or replace what's broken. IJ Tech is reliable and responsive with reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.
