Had a bone-in ribeye at III Forks last night and a ribeye at Cagle's Steakhouse in Lubbock tonight. III Forks needs to come to West Texas for a lesson!

The whole presentation of the restaurant was great. My problem was my daughters steak was supposed to be medium rare and it was more like medium. Since it was her birthday I gave here my steak. I wanted her steak to be perfect. With our order we ordered two kids meal with the chicken tenders that were fried with a beer batter.

Excellent! Loved the wine tasting before dinner!!
This was not the best III Forks I have ever been to. The service was excellent. The Lovster Mac & Cheese was a bit over done and the scallops were not done enough but bacon jam always makes up for that. Steak and sweet corn were spot on.
