Serena is amazing, takes her time on each person individually. They have great deals. The fancy jewelry is pricy but it’s a well known expensive brand that makes watches and regular expensive jewelry as well.... I bought three and am happy with them. She personally explains care on a case by case scenario. She also understands some people heal quicker or slower than others, it shouldn’t be standard timeframe, point-blank. Omg hands down to Serena...not only is she funny but she is very informational. Both Serena and a Victoria are wonderful both made sure I was good during the process but made sure I knew what to do as with aftercare. Next piercing will be going back. Thank you, thank you, thank you

I cannot say enough good things about Serena 💜 She listened to all of my concerns prior to my services and walked me through what to expect. She took her time making sure the dot placements were perfect and had me double and triple check that I liked them too after I joked about having OCD and bad experiences with crooked piercings in the past.
