Do not waste your time with this practice. Was told one day they’re accepting new patients with no waitlist. Do the intake go through the whole process only to figure out there is a waitlist the next day. Maybe explain this information to people so they aren’t wasting their time trying to receive your services.
Everything was going well until my therapist went on April vacation with her kid. Never heard from her again. No texts, no emails, no calls. The company wouldn’t match me with someone new when “actively” under her care.
