Service was okay although I had to ask for my glass of water twice, the place barely had any other customers: COVID continues to ruin everything

ODD hours! Open 24/7 Friday's and Saturdays but then only open at 0700 weekdays - which is super late opening for a breakfast place.
This place is disgusting. I asked for NO CHEESE on my burger & of course it came out wrong. I returned it only to get it back 2 minutes later with the cheese wiped off. I left and I will never return.
Bring a sweater! I am freezing!
I am regular after the club and the waiters never remember my name. :-(
Ask for the butter pecan syrup, it's delicious, but they keep it in the back!
