We went to the other location in Tanger first. Waited over 10 minutes to get seated and saw plenty of workers. None of them greeted us. After waiting for over 10 minutes we went to this location and was immediately greeted. The young lady who was our server did an excellent job. The food was good, and the service was great, even though they were crowded. I think this will be my chosen location from now moving forward.
Eggs were undercooked Hasbrowns were raw and toast hard as rock and black. Ham tasted like plastic yuck
First of all there is no phone number to contact the store. Second the employees are condescending and ignorant. I will NOT be a returning customer. It has been years since I've been to an IHOP figured I'd give them a chance never again. #DeadtoMe
