They serve food to the people that walk in and put the online orders last. When the online orders are ready in the back there is no communication to let people know it's ready no one in charge so people picking up orders just wait there forever even though the order is in the back ready. Also they are due for remodeling and fresh paint. While waiting to pick up my order I was looking around and the ceiling looks horrible. That just makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like. This store is not 24hrs and I want to sue for false advertisementÂ
Went here today around 12 o’clock. It was a little busy but not overly or crazy busy. It was a whole full staff three managers on duty plus regular staff. While sitting in the waiting area waiting to be seated, there was people who walked in after us who got seated before us which we had to say something about to finally be seated. And it also took them over an hour to give us plus the table next to us our food.
