I did a curbside order and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. I finally went in to get it and the food was cold. They didn’t care one bit. The bacon wasn’t even completely cooked. Horrible service. Cold food. All around bad experience and waste of money. Considering the last few times have had problems too, my family will be avoiding it from now on.

Called in a pickup order and was told it would be ready to pick up in 10-15 mins. It was way past 20 mins by the time I got there and I had to wait inside for over 50 mins only to be told that they forgot my order. Normally love IHOP but this was pretty frustrating.
