Joey Grooms really helped us find a house that met our needs and wants and got us through the complicated process of buying a home despite one of the buyers being out of the country.
Matt Peters has been a solid communicator and stayed in constant contact throughout the process to be sure the transaction went well. Although we got matched up with a difficult seller, he made the seller & her agent pay for their shenanigans at inspection objection. He did not let them escape with their original plans of not fixing anything, & he also got us a $ concession for something they would not fix. We would not have made it to closing without his negotiation skills.
Callie Ellison was amazing realtor always there when you need her. When I found my home she beat 8 other offers. She is on top of her game I’m so glad I whent with iHomesColorado I will definitely be recommending her.

TJ Zasa was a great agent. Very personable, knowledgeable, and hard working. He responded very quickly and got things done! I also appreciated how TJ never quit working for me.
