Angie at the front desk was super welcoming when I checked in for my appointment for medical. She was really kind and very knowledgeable about health insurance and was able to help me understand my benefits and coverage. Angie also took the time to educate me about the sliding fee scale and encouraged me to apply for it even if I have health insurance. Dear whoever is the owner of this facility, your dentist and the dental staff provide the best healthcare I have ever experienced. They’re friendly, efficient, and skilled. I had an abscess close to my sinus that was causing me headaches. Dr. Simmons cut it out and I didn’t feel any pain at all. The assistant Gene made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. And other staff checked in on me before I left. The dental group here is ELITE.
I have gone to the dentist for over a year and all dentist staff is literally amazing and overall one of my favorite places to go. They’ve been amazing with me and my daughter as well as my sister and dad. We all love Dr. Simmons and the staff. The pediatricians are also amazing as I have two kids who see them, one since birth and the other transferred.
