Do not make an appointment here unless you have cash upfront or insurance. They won't let you see a doctor BUT they will make an appointment with you lol.
As many others have stated, there are a few good people in this facility but the amount of time the office as a whole have dropped the ball for my family is unreal. This place is ruining the reputation of actual good care providers. Do better IHC it’s obvious as a company you couldn’t care less about your patients.
this place never answers their phone then wants to ding you for an appointment you had no way of rescheduling. doctors offices NEED phones that are being answered i’m sick of explaining i called 5 times and couldn’t get an answer when i need to reschedule my appointment or have questions.
