I had a video wall and surround sound system installed by Ihangtv's. Everyone from the receptionist to the installment team to the owner is knowlegeable, courteous and respectable. I was informed of every aspect of the project from start to finish. Any issues that I had was rectified on the spot and During installation, I received phone calls to check and ensure that everything was going according to plans. Can't get a refund for canceling appt. Refund is !$***** up front payment. Stay away from this company. They must be hard up. Called 3 times. Thanks for sharing your feedback.
