I had a video wall and surround sound system installed by Ihangtv's. Everyone from the receptionist to the installment team to the owner is knowlegeable, courteous and respectable. I was informed of every aspect of the project from start to finish. Any issues that I had was rectified on the spot and During installation, I received phone calls to check and ensure that everything was going according to plans. Can't get a refund for canceling appt. Refund is !$***** up front payment. Stay away from this company. They must be hard up. Called 3 times.

These guys are ***** *** ******. Even Trussville Police advised us to not do further business with them, Please beware and careful of them. I am trying to get the word out as much as I can to prevent others from being victims of them.
If I could give ihang TV in Birmingham, Alabama a zero it would be too much. Faulty wiring which destroyed a new TV and I had to pay a electrician to repair the faulty work they had done and I had to buy another TV. They also left a partial visible hole at the bottom of the TV. Make sure to ask ihang TV for their journeyman or master electrician license before they do any electrical work. On October 9 a technician from ihang TV's came to my residence to hang a small TV over a fireplace surround in my Master Bedroom. When he arrived I explained that I wanted the TV centered over the fireplace and I even marked the position on the wall in pencil. He then asked me where the 8' cord was. I told him I thought he would come with the materials needed to complete the job. I had to leave my house and drive to Walmart to purchase an 8' cord. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any issues Mrs. ***** had until she disputed her payment approximately 45 days after the initial install date. We contacted Mrs. ***** to see the reason for the dispute and that's when we were informed of her issues. We record all of our calls for screening and training purpose and there were no calls made into our office from Mrs. ***** until after we reached out to her (proof can be provided) for cancelled payment and contacted Hoover Police for "Theft of Services".
