Terrible!! She inserted my iud and didn't give me proper warnings at all!! Absolutely no prep. Terrible experience. And my IUD ended uo perforating. She never did a check after to see if it was in the right place. Go somewhere else.
TERRIBLE PLACE! they don’t care about you. Dr. Z and her staff didn’t even bother calling me back when I called about a serious concern and issue I’ve been having. I was told I’d get a call before the end of the day. 5 hours went by and nothing. I had to reach out then they got me an appointment and then called back and said they double booked the doctor, they can’t see me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! They show they dont care about their patients. I’ll be filing a complaint
