Spent last 30 minutes on hold trying to get information sent to my wife and I for lab request ions because we are new patients to Dr. Deborah Werner. Person I talked to was not able to connect with anyone at her office and he finally gave up and let me know that he would send a message to her folks or office. I also let him know I was in need of a prescription refill for lovastatin 40 mg that he will include in his message. I gave him my name and phone number and now I pm waiting for them to call me. Just had my first (and last) experience with this office. Find a way to get me back the 10 hours of vacation time I took to get in their today, only to be told the appointment was tmrw. And maybe this rating will go up...
Love Dr Schmehl. I will follow her anywhere. Knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough. Cares about the whole person.
