Love Dr Gumma! But phone calls are not returned by nurses or Office Mgr (who is never available or in a Mtg). And EVERYTIME I need a Rx refilled, it either takes several phone calls, doesn’t happen at all or I’m told will ck with Dr and if a problem, will call you back (which doesn’t happen). I did speak to Office maybe 2 yrs ago about the Rx issue, and her response was I’m not sure why this is happening because per Dr Gumma, it is fine. I love this office! The staff are great! Minimal wait times! Dr Sundrum is amazing and she gives you the time and attention you need! No rushing on to the next patient! I will recommend this office to everyone!!!
Dr. Ali is great. He never rushes you and really cares. I love that he takes the time to listen and wants you to feel better. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Rhonda gumma is the best. I moved to Royal Oak and refuse to see another doctor still make that trip to Canton to see her
I love my doctor as I followed her to IHA from another office, but I think it's a little absurd that I was turned away and rescheduled when I was 15 minutes late for an appointment - that isn't really "respecting my time and needs". I understand the logistics of a medical office and a little bit of consideration for the patient should be taken.
Big complex.hardly ever alot of wait time.staff was friendly.staff explained everything.only thing I had a concern about was I was there for a physical and the doctor did not check my ears.I never went to the doctor and they not once did not look in my ears..first time in 57 years :-( .but overall a good experience.
