RecommendedI have been on hold for 30 minutes for just an operator. I just have one simple question. This is ludicrous. Update: I was eventually transferred to dominos farms operators! And of course they didn’t have the answer to my question. Unacceptable hold time for healthcare providers.

This place is absolutely horrid. I got here at just before 3pm, had to wait in my car until 4:30, got called back and sat for 10 minutes did vitals, doctor was prompt and then I sat listening to the nurses having conversations about what they're doing over the weekend for another hour and a half as I waited for someone to come rinse my ears. Finally someone came in at 6:00. Three hours later and now I'm waiting for prescriptions and to be discharged.
