IH Mississippi Valley Ceedit Union use to be such a great community bank, but now that they have expanded their service has declined severely. When you call to speak with someone over your account you can never reached an actual person. You have to go through an automated system and it doesnt matter what number you dial in their directory, it'll just tell you to go to a branch and then hang up on you. Awful customer service. Glitchy and outdated website. Can never get through when I call them. I set up an online account with them after I took out an auto loan. I have been struggling to get back into that account for almost three years. The password reset messages never reach my inbox and no one has been able to help me resolve this. IHMCU is easily the worst credit union I've done business with. Avoid.

Was told by three different representatives I could expect a deposit into my account only to find out they all including their ACH representative gave me the wrong information causing my money to be sent back and me to have to wait a month possibly longer for my funds to come back to us. I asked all the appropriate questions to obtain my funds and was assured I would receive them and IH didn’t hold up their end of that promise. I am very disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone in the future.
