I'm not sure who runs IHMVCU, but whoever it is must be the most incompetent CEO as the investments made in business are brick and mortar versus technological advancememts. The IH app works maybe a few hours a day it seems, as anytime I need to log on, there's ALWAYS some issue, where you can't get access to your accounts. I've had times where money magically appears and disappears in my account, where once it disappears, I'm slapped with NSF fees. I have a car loan through IHMVCU. The app never works, and I have yet to have a good experience with the staff. I would avoid them at all costs.

I can never access my account online anymore... the app is constantly down and the website is awful. never used to be like this but within the last year everything has gone downhill

Let me start by saying that I have literally been a lifelong member of IHMVCU. I had a savings account set up for me when I was a young toddler and have continued using them for my banking into adulthood. I've had just about every type of account that IH offers. The lobby service is always great but the drive thru is awful. The last few times it has taken a minimum of 20 minutes waiting in line just to deposit a check. No excuse for that wait time.

Nothing but problems with this place. Everything is always “having issues.” Online banking/accessing your account, debit cards, and now direct deposit is down. People rely on their debit cards/ATMs to work and paychecks being deposited on time. Now I’ve been informed that there’s issues with direct deposit and no time frame of when it’ll be fixed. Very glad we are in the process of changing credit unions.
