Bland, not enough food to make the price work it. Paid $8 for basically boiled chicken in a taco shell with some slaw on top, steamed white rice with no flavoring and what seemed to be black beans from a can. Everything was edible but that's about it. All I can say is that there needs to be more flavor for the food to be worth the price. If you live in Springfield, the drive isn't worth it since there are tons of places that serve better Mexican food for a good price.
Moving to Ozark soon and had to check this place out. Decent Service, Great Food and Awesome Drinks. Looking forward to coming back...a lot! Thanks!

The Guacamole Dip was amazing along with the chips & salsa but everything else I did not like. I ordered a Chicken Chimichanga and it was mostly black beans which were gross to me. Then black beans came with it, black beans everywhere!

To start off, the service was amazing! We were seated quickly and our drink orders were taken soon after. Our waitress was very polite. If you like guacamole, be sure to order some! They give you a little form to check off all the things you want added to your avocados. The chips with fairy dust are the bomb! We were both very pleased with our food and have already recommended Iguana Roja to friends. BTW - The decor is absolutely stunning!
