Better service - too long waiting just for drinks. Too much liquor in them -awful bloody mary & dragon rum mojito . Include beans & rice with meals. Serve grated cheese when you get fajitas. Be more attentive to customers when there aren't a lot of people seated. For the prices you charge was really disappointed in portions & taste. Won't be back nor recommend your place.
Yes, the service hasn't always been the best but the food is awesome and we always enjoy memories with friends and good food!
Weird experience. Had to wait for a table even though several were visibly empty, only to be seated at one of the tables that were empty all along. The $5 bottles of beer were expired based on the clearly-visible expiration date on the label. Food was very bland with little seasoning. Plain white rice, etc. We were out of water until we got our check. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but based on the price of this place, I'd like to save someone else from an underwhelming dinner.
we arrived at 730 and didn't get our food till after 9. Had to go to the bar to get more drinks. Very disappointed.
Terrible service! Manager/owner has no idea what customer service means. We waited an hour for our food and the manager argued with me that it wasn’t quite an hour.... are you kidding me? Never got an apology just arguments and excuses. Sad part is, the food was good, but not worth the horrible experience. There are far better places to spend your hard earned money.
RecommendedI highly recommend the strawberry heat wings and the chipotle agave wings! Our family got these two kinds and the buffalo flavor and they were all really good! It was really nice to be able to take these to go as well!
Love this place!!! I would highly recommend it for anyone.
