Excellent office and doctor. Stay of the art facility. Made me feel comfortable
I will HARDPASS on this doctor for future treatment due to my safety concerns under his care administering steriod injections. He hit my middle forehead sensory nerve which is an area that can cause blindness. Was dismissive when I shared a warning label from my medical device showing that this should not be combined with LEF lights. Unprofessional, weird behavior. I was there just for a general check-up. Dr. Chaplik removed the disposable pants to look at my private parts even though I asked him not to. I left the office puzzled and with a very uncomfortable feeling.
It was a several visits to Dr. Chaplik's office and 2 Mohs surgery to treat my skin cancer. High professionalism, kindness, sincere concerns of Dr. Chaplik and his amazing staff made my surgeries a success and cancer free. Wonderful, caring doctor !

DISASTER After MOHS surgery, I was rushed to ER at hospital for acute infection. After 3 days of hospitalization and receiving 3 different anti-biotic IV’s, I am now home. Walking with a cane and with several restrictions. I have an RN doing home care daily, and she will continue for several weeks until my leg heals.

I've been seeing Dr Chaplik for many years for my usual derm care as I grew up in South Florida with fair skin. Being a physician I tend to be very detail oriented and selective when it comes to my own health care. My treatments included Mohs as well as topical chemo and I've always felt like i was in excellent hands. He has a very calm demeanor which makes.the appointment enjoyable. His office is well run, efficient and pleasent. And he has never tried to up-sell products or treatments.
