Professionally runned Office, support staff pleasant and efficient. Dr. Chaplik is a knowledgeable Dermatologist and Surgeon. I have been to many and I am very satisfied.
The clinic smelled like a Chinese restaurant, it was awful for a clinic like that to smell so bad! Then, I was never given any pre treatment instructions or ANY instructions regarding the blue light treatment I was scheduled for, other than bring a hat. I asked if my using retinA was a concern for this treatment and apparently it is, because the med tech went to check with the doctor. Dr. Chaplik took care of two facial basal cell carcinoma cites, one under my eye and one on my neck. The procedure was quick and relatively painless. Yes, it required stitches, and yes there were a few days of inconvenience. But, after a few weeks the scars were virtually invisible and, more importantly, the cancer was gone! I highly recommend Dr. Chaplik. He identified a Melanoma and removed it surgically with no pain or complications. He has a pleasant and professional manner. Office staff is efficient and attentive.

Total scam! They called me many months later to collect a copay. Even though I payed all my visits there upon arrival and lady at the front desk notified me that I have no due. Since I stopped visiting his office they called me 3 months later and insisted on some imaginary copay! I learned the technique of the office right away, they try to sell you as many procedures as they can before you leave even if they won’t give u any result, as it’s not covered by insurance and is the best way for them to make money.
