They always have a lot of people and wait time is very long. Doctors are ok.
The staff is nice but I feel like they take forever to get anything done. I've been left on hold for 15 mins then hung up on, and when I'm here I've had to wait 5 hrs for 5 mins with the doctor. And they skipped one of my child's immunization shot when I was here specifically for it. So she's 6 months late with her shots.
The only reason this place has 5 star review is because the employees are told to post a 5 star and ask family and friends to do so but honestly this place is very rude. Front office staff think they are competent when they're not and the back staff very lazy and office manager thinks she doesn't have to listen to what a patient has to say. Several violations im sure patients would want to dbl check the info being released
Taking for ever to call me for blood work.
They take too long, after waiting three hours, the dam doctor goes to lunch.....wtf.
