I have been waiting for them to give me a doctors excuse for work and paperwork for my covid test and I have been waiting for 55 minutes just so that they can give me the paperwork and wen I go and ask at the door about it they just tell me to go back to my car
I went to this facility for a covid test . A nurse took my insurance information while I waited in the car . This was at 9:10 am . I was instructed to wait in my car and I did as I was told. I waited in my car for almost 3 hours and I finally decided to get down and see when I would be called for the test . There was only one other car parked their waiting also . RecommendedDr s and PAs are great! Their front desk prople need classes on how to treat and speak to patients. Especially one named Jesenda.
It's super awesome when you consult and the receptionist says she took down your info and placed you in line, only to have to call hours later and you find out it was a lie, people man!!!
I contracted COVID-19 at the beginning of July and started having symptoms July 5th. I reached this clinic from the start but only assisted over video call. After I was finally negative mid August I was able to physically go to the clinic. The doctor the whole time blamed my lingering symptoms to anxiety only. Worst service ever there not profesional at all there rude and they always have the phones hanging just to not ansewer !!! That dr needs to get new employees!!! Or else shes ganna stay without patients
GF daughter waited since 9:45AM to get tested and was told to wait in vehicle till they called on her. They never did and they closed the clinic at 12PM denying her any service. I used to work at a clinic as well and we would always stay till the last patient was seen, be it 30min or 3 hours after closing.
I love Dr Chavez, Very careing,and professional, she takes her time on her patients. Not like every doctor who rushes. She actually listens .
Dr. Chavez and Dr. Montes really care for their patients. They always get back to me quickly and have even checked up on me in-between or after visits. Absolutely ADORE them ❤
