Iggies was founded upon the notion that great pizza relies upon fresh ingredients and the utmost respect in the handling of them. To that end, we use only imported '00' flour, bottles water an fresh yeast in our dough and 100% D.O.P. San Marzano tomatoes in our 'ragu'. our toppings are prepared fresh daily; we even make our own mozzarella and gelato! Iggie's has the best thin-crust pizza in Baltimore (IMO) -- the light, crispy crust & unique toppings are excellent! I also really appreciate the BYOB/no corkage fee there!! :-)
I love that but can bring my dogs to Iggies
Honestly, the BYOB aspect and no-frills nature of the place are the highlights. The pizza, particularly the sauce, is incredibly bland and kind of unsatisfying. I had the Diavolo and was underwhelmed.
