called to talk to a specific worker that i've did business with before and trust working on my pc. we talked briefly, then said he had some customers waiting and to call him back in 30 minutes so i did so with no answer. so as he said he had customers there waiting so i gave it another hour before calling back. at that time he answered apologized for the inconvience which was no problem. we briefly talked more about what he was going to be doing to my pc next and then he had another customer come in, then said he had to cal... read more

I can't imagine a better computer repair experience! I have used Igeek a couple of times---each time I was met with professionals, along with a healthy dose of just making this Senior Citizen feel not so tech challenged! These guys know their stuff with prices that are very reasonable! The first time---quoted me a higher price than was needed----soon called me with the good news---but they could have easily taken advantage of me. I drive 30 miles to use their services---and would drive further if I had to! Thank Igeek!!

Great business and great customer service! I took my iMac in that needed a new hard drive. Bay was very nice and great at explaining to me what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He was lightening fast at repairing my iMac. It was done in one day! Thank you iGeek!
