I had a really great experience at IGA Hoppers Crossing. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help whenever I need assistance. Very disappointing experience at IGA Hoppers Crossing. Found multiple expired drinks on the shelf. When I raised it, the girl on the register said they were aware and that “some customers buy them anyway.” That response is unacceptable—basic food safety should be a priority. Would be cautious shopping here.
The staff are AMAZING people that will always go out of their way to help you. I 100% support this local business and highly recommend this IGA to everyone.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff lady was extremely rude, abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation again &again,and even told me not to call again. That is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. If this is the standard of service at your store, it seriously needs to be addressed. Train your staff properly or expect more negative feedback like this.
