My son who worked at the one in AZ said the same thing as the employee in Tooele, Utah. Same story, different state. Pattern perhaps????
IFCO pallet is a sweat shop...They hired a bunch of illegals and then got caught...they don't take care of their employees...It is unsafe breathing in all the sawdust all day. Filthy dirty bathrooms and breakrooms..They don't hire from within. They want a bunch of illegals there so they can get away with unconstitutional hiring practices........Total dead end job.
Husband works here - hours suck. He leaves here every morning and don't know when he will be back. Having a job like this is hard on the family, cuz the wife can't even plan dinner, 99% of the time he just has sandwiches and chips for dinner and I eat at my parents. The bathrooms and break rooms are nasty there, and I hear they don't take care of their employees. Benefits don't start till 180 days after employment. First time I ever heard of that. I do not recommend this as a job to anyone. Its not worth it!
