After some wait, the company finally replaced some faulty recessed lights. It was a pleasure to speak with Jose who helped me with the replacement of each light. Much appreciated and good luck.
These guys are great, and way less expensive than larger companies like Mr. Sparky - who up-charges you since they are a commission based company. I paid half the amount going with IES vs Mr. Sparky for the same job!
