Technician did a great job but was unable to quote a price as everything goes through the owner. I asked several times for an estimated price. In the end I had a breaker replaced (under $20 for the part) and was charged $359. When I pressed for hourly rate I was given $169. But no explanation of why this price or a receipt. Bill paid, review left.

Both my husband and I had a wonderful experience when the team from IES Jose and Johan came to the rescue when lightening damaged most of the electrical outlets in our house. Both Johan and Jose were knowledgeable, courteous, patient in finding the best solution, true professionals. After the job was further cleaned and left everything in perfect condition. Charlie the owner also a professional explained what needed to be done, gave options and gave fair prices Charlie, thvery prme with the details

After some wait, the company finally replaced some faulty recessed lights. It was a pleasure to speak with Jose who helped me with the replacement of each light. Much appreciated and good luck.
