A very pleasurable experience from first contact to closing of the deal. Not only did they have 3 Tesla Model S's in my price range available and ready for me to look at. But when I decided on the one that works best for me, we're able to get me approved for a loan with my own credit union with a rate that was better than I was able to get on my own.
