Tony practices EXCELLENT customer service, and is very honest,forthright, and trustworthy. He drove my car all the way from Bayswater to Morwell to deliver it to me because i had not quite been relicenced yet, provided me with a good warrenty, and has great communication. Idrive motors and tony is now my go-to for myself family and friends to get a good used vehicle!, Thanks tony! 👍
Can’t thank Tony enough for an amazing experience picking up the new work car. 2006 Falcon in pristine condition with low Kms couldn’t have asked for better! The car drives like a dream, got it home and the day after pick up we couldn’t get it running and Tony got everything sorted with our mechanic to get it to A1 condition for us. Thanks so much mate! If you're looking to buy a car, then I highly recommend going to IDrive Motors. There is a variety of cars and prices vary, depending on your budget. It's a smaller car yard which means that you get a more personalised service, with the owner Tony being the only salesman. He opened on a Sunday, just for me, which I much appreciated. He is not your typical, slick salesman, pushing for a sale, rather he is just a hard working Aussie. Was chatting with the manger about a subaru liberty sti they had. Talked me through it all and was doing everything he could to get everything started but stupid me didn't put a deposit down for the car and it unfortunately ended up selling. The manger called me to apologise about it all. Even though I didn't buy a car they had the best customer service. Actually treated me like a person and didn't push me to make any decision I didn't want to. I'm from Newcastle NSW and the dealers/salesman are dreadful compared to this com... read more
