I had an upsetting experience at Idol Nails & Spa today that I feel compelled to share. I was waiting for a driving lesson next door, but the driving academy was locked with a note saying, “With student, will be back soon.” It was 30 degrees, windy, and unbearable outside, so I politely asked if I could sit in Idol Nails & Spa for a few minutes while I waited. Nice place. People were very nice and did a great job on my gel pedicure. UPDATE, next time I went in, they overcharged me greatly saying I had wanted something custom, which I did not. They got busy while I was there, and I think they resented how long my appointment took, even though it was only 40 minutes, I and I had an appointment, and I had to wait. Not going back.

This is a great salon. It is clean and very comfortable. Johnny has taken great care and so much time to help heal a couple bad nails. I can’t say thank you enough to him for his patience and attention to detail. I would recommend Idol Nails to everyone who wants a positive experience with exceptional results.
