I wish I would have seen these reviews sooner. I am another one of many that did not get their deposit back. I didn't trash the place and even had it professionally cleaned before I moved out. I don't understand how anyone could give this place anything higher than 2 stars as there are glaring issues throughout the property involving the "dog park", the trash area, or the workout room. I suspect they are either shills or neckbeards who never leave the townhome. Probably a little bit of both. Rent here at your own risk. . .

Do not pass go. Do not collect your security deposit. I should have heeded the other negative reviews. I have been the victim of theft. The owner/management here are completely unethical. They never answer the phone or return voicemails regarding the return of security deposits. Don't ignore the red flags.
RUN! This place is terrible. There are way better places to stay than this over priced place.
