I’ve lived here over a year now and they are definitely starting to do better than when we first moved in. I feel like the old creepy maintenance guy didn’t do much but the maintenance guys now are way better. You can tell the office is really trying to make this a more comfortable place to live. We have had them be nothing but nice to us during our time here. This place sucks. It's overpriced and the price keeps going up while the property falls apart and is covered in trash. Neighbors are inconsiderate and obnoxious. Office workers are incapable of doing anything. They almost have a nervous breakdown just looking for resident's mail that is delivered to the front office. They're incapable of getting anything done in a timely manner, if at all. In over two years, the "monthly" newsletter has gone out about 4 times, if someone feels like working. I have just completed my 1st lease here and I absolutely LOVE it, maint is very prompt and the office staff are always friendly. still love it here, will stay until I buy a home.
I love how up kept the property is.
