My first cut (with Kelsie) was fabulous.....but the next....ahhhhh, let's just say it wasn't at all what we discussed (or remotely similar to the pics I brought in). Not sure where the communication fell through, but now I have months of growing out to do to correct it. BUT.... I was pleasantly surprised to find out they use the same hair products I use at home: MONAT. (It’s the absolute best!)
