Identity Diamonds is an absolute gem of a business! Amelie, the owner, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She worked on an heirloom bracelet for me with such care and expertise—it turned out beautifully. My husband also purchased my engagement ring here, and we came in together to select our wedding bands. The experience was seamless and special. My husband and I found this store in our neighborhood to start our scratch for wedding rings. We never went anywhere else after meeting the owner, she’s lovely. We got the perfect rings for us! Great experience, she guided us while never pushing, and see was knowledgeable in what we should look for in quality. That was back in 2018. FF to this year and my ring needed some TLC.
