I had scheduled an appointment with IDental as a new patient. I new my appointment had been scheduled around the first week of August. However When I called to check the y said there was no appointment scheduled. This is the second time this has happened to me but it was at Western Dental. The incompetence of staff is unreal to me of staff working at these offices. It doesn’t take rocket science to schedule an appointment. I never rescheduled with either office. The office staff is absolutely the rudest I have ever encountered, whether on the phone or in person. When you call and leave a message, they don't return the call. They don't make reminder calls for appointments, but claim they do. The dentist is fine, but the hour wait to see him is really unacceptable.
