I was 360 lbs. when I started this journey on June 10th, 2019. I have tried a lot of other diets and pills from doctors and nothing seen to work, and I mean NOTHING. I have lost a total of 80 lbs. since June of this year. I feel amazing, i can do things i haven't been able to do for a long time. I highly recommend this diet to anybody that wants to lose weight, but you have to really want to. My current weight is 279.9 lbs, I went from a size 54 in waist to a size 40. I love meeting with Jorja to check my progress--she is an encouraging coach and provides a lot of helpful advice.
