We had an inspection and moss removal from our storm weary roof - living on the Oregon Coast one has to expect to pay attention to such things! I was very impressed by the service provider, Matt, and his great communication throughout the process. He was efficient and kept me posted through every step of the process and went above and beyond with his recommendations for our roof. Will definitely be using them for future roofing projects.
A great experience from beginning to end! Had the inspection and consult and consult and got on the schedule quickly even though the weather was awful. Price was very reasonable and the roof looks awesome!
We had a couple of leaks on a newer roof. Matt from Ideal came out and assessed the issues. He was able to repair it the same day at a reasonable price
I bought a house that ideal roofing put on the new roof about six months before my purchase. We'll I thought the flashing was leaking, ideal was great. They came out at no cost, because it was under warranty even though I didn't pay for the roof, and checked it. No leak all good. The lady I talked to on the phone was so nice, and spencer the guy that came out. These people are the real deal, no pun intended...lol. Thank you guys.
