Stay AWAY – I started by emailing Lindsay Martinez after I saw a listing on the Ideal Properties Group website that I was interested in. Sold my condo! – Ideal made the sale of my condo in Carroll Gardens a great experience. Based on my previous experience with brokers in the area, I was expecting lack of communication and a broker slow to provide updates. Ideal's team was something else altogether. They did an outstanding job selling my condo. In this curious economy, they only needed two open houses to have my place in contract, and sold it a month and a half thereafter. Thank you!!!! – This is that realtor we were hoping to find!!!! Dave from Ideal Properties Group's Court Street location showed us a number of fantastic apartments in Cobble Hill. One was better than the other. He really listened to our requirements. Dave is remarkably nice! Very friendly, and he knows lots of local property owners which translates into some great inventory. We signed a lease last week and moved in today. My roomie and I couldn't be happier. Dave, we owe you at least one drink for pulling this one off!

Excellent experience – I think Citysearch has Ideal in wrong category here - this is a real estate agency (not sure if they do management). In any case, Renee from Ideal is a rare find. We enjoyed our time with her looking at 14 apartments in Park Slope. One apartment was more beautiful than the next. She really listened to what we needed, and delivered. Nothing but professional and simply the best around~!~~! – Dave from Ideal is simply the best broker in Cobble Hill! He helped us find one of the most affordable and most beautiful apartments in the area!!!!!!! Dave is a true treasure to this little respected profession. Two days!!!!! – Two days after Ideal opened their new office on Court Street, I walked in and gave them my rental apartment listing. Me and my family have lived in the area for over 60 years now, and it's refreshing to see such friendliness and prompt expertise in a broker!!!! They showed my apartment over a dozen times and did not stop until they found me a great tenant. Thank you, I really appreciate this, and I'll be back soon with my other rentals. Donna

Honesty, truthfulness, Inventory... they have it all. – Honesty does make the difference, and Ideal's realtors are at the forefront of it in Brooklyn, otherwise home to a variety of rental scammers. I am gladto have found Ideal & Robert and through his and his company's efforts, my amazing apartment on Polhemus Place.
