Maria Vitagliano is one of the best realtors I have worked with. Extremely knowledgeable, very aggressive with marketing and gets the job done. Maria was originally the realtor for the sellers who sold me my home, and my partner and I and liked her work so much that we hired her for the sale of our townhouse. She is the go-to person for all of our real estate deals at Ideal.

Andrew Paul Smith has helped me last year find an incredible deal in Prospect Heights, but we have unfortunately already grown out of it. AP is truly a find, he's the most incredible broker in Brooklyn! He has found amazing apartments for me twice, and now we're working on a third one in Cobble Hill.

My roommate and I had a very good experience with Ideal Properties Group. Our agent, Andrew Paul Smith, showed us the apt we contacted him about, but upon seeing we didn't like it, and he immediately corrected the list of spaces he had in mind, based on our feedback. Our agent from Ideal, Alena, helped me and husband look for that magical place in Brooklyn where we could live a good life.
