It's amazing how much weight you can lose. I've lost over 40 lbs since October and Ginny has lost 30 lbs. Kristi & Deb keep us motivated.
The diet can be pricey. But if you want real results, this is the diet for you the help from Kristi and Deb is excellent. They have gotten us through some low points and have helped us bounce back.. Mike has passed a 40lb loss and I have passed my first goal of 30! On for more.
