Gotta love Kristi and Deb at Ideal Perspective! The Chocolate Chip Pancake mix makes great muffins! I recommend the walden farms maple syrup on them! Also, the new walden farms creamers for coffee are great...I also use the caramel syrup for coffee too!
I just got the results of my yearly blood tests back. . . Cholesterol down 31 pts, Triglyceride down 62 pts blood pressure down!!! I could have not done it without the guidance of Deb and Kristi. This has been the easiest weight loss program ever. I feel the healthiest I have felt in years and I don't have to shop in the women's department any longer. No more floral prints for me! Lol. Thanks Deb and Kristi you have an awesome product that gets results. I am living proof!
This is the GREATEST weight loss plan EVER. I knew it was a good plan during the free seminar. Being a diabetic I knew the plan would be perfect for myself and my husband. After 3 months I came off of my blood pressure medicine and after about 6 months I came off of my diabetes and cholesterol medicine. I am medicine free and 54 pounds lighter. The encouragement from Deb and Kristi is unbelievable. Looking forward to reaching my goal weight and continuing on with my new life style.
