I believe that IP is probably one if not the best program to follow for weight loss (a very healthy program & our doctor has approved this program). Not only weight loss, but this program was responsible for my wife to not have to go on the needle for her diabetic condition, she is now almost diabetic free! I love this program! Doctor wanted to put be on insulin shots but I asked for 3 months. Within a week my blood sugar was down to 115. I year later my blood sugars are 100 and I lost 70 pounds. I feel great!
