The program for weight loss is by far the easiest program I have ever been on. The variety of protein foods is abundant and I have had nothing that I don’t enjoy. Kristi is the greatest support system anyone can have. She will go miles out of her way to help you succeed. Theresa is extremely helpful and always has a smile when you come in the door.
They are great people. They make you feel comfortable and the diet does work. Just have to stick with it.
