Told me that the part would be in week or less well 10 days later still waiting on part the place sucks don't spend or money there just tell you what you want to hear truly a bad place to do business
I just purchased a Stihl FS 56 RC-E trimmer from Ideal yesterday. Very informed and friendly staff. Very obvious that the sales associate knew what he was talking about not only from research but from personal experience using the trimmers. Highly recommend.
